Sky Abu Dhabi Real Estate Development Company, a large company owned by Sheikh Saleh bin Mohammed bin Nasr Al Ameri and the CEO of the Sky Abu Dhabi Group, Engineer Abdul Rahman Ajami, and it is among the Emirates Diamond Group companies.

The company is scheduled to inject investments amounting to 15 billion Egyptian pounds into the Egyptian real estate market during the next two years.

Sky owns a portfolio of projects in the UAE, specifically in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, that includes 17 projects, the most important of which are:

• A residential tower located in Danet Abu Dhabi, its investments amounted to 150 million dirhams on an area of 28.5 thousand square meters.

• Al-Ain Cromwell Hospital covers an area of 25 thousand square meters and includes 51 rooms, with an investment of 300 million dirhams.

• A residential tower in Danet Abu Dhabi, with an area of 39,000 square meters, and the project value is 176 dirhams.

• A residential tower located in Rawdat Abu Dhabi, with an area of 14,200 square meters, and the project value is 75 dirhams.
• A residential tower in Saraya Abu Dhabi, this project is located on an area of 41,210 square meters, the value of the project is 300 million dirhams.
• Al Rabie Academy The value of this school is 150 million dirhams.
• Cromwell Eye Hospital The hospital includes 51 rooms, the project value is 300 million dirhams, and the hospital is located on an area of 25,000 square meters.
• Al Rabeeh Secondary School The school is located on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The value of the school is 250 million dirhams.
• Najmat Abu Dhabi Residential Building The value of the project is 400 million dirhams, and it is located on an area of 89,440 square meters. The project contains 298 single rooms, 138 two-room units, and 55 three-room units.
• Abu Dhabi Ladies Club This project is located in an area of 89,440 square meters. The club includes an Olympic swimming pool and tennis courts. The project value is 150 million dirhams.
